To deliver essential administrative and financial support to the accounting department by ensuring accurate recordkeeping, smooth daily operations, and clear, timely communication with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Processing — Manage daily AP/AR transactions, verify documentation, and ensure timely posting.
• Financial Data Management — Enter, update, and maintain financial information in spreadsheets and accounting systems with precision.
• Reconciliation Tasks — Reconcile invoices, receipts, vendor statements, and bank activity to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Reporting Support — Assist in preparing summaries, basic reports, and supporting schedules for internal review.
• Document & Records Organization — Maintain structured, compliant filing systems for both physical and digital accounting records.
• Audit Preparation — Gather, verify, and organize documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Vendor & Client Communication — Respond to billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support positive stakeholder relationships.
• Payroll & Expense Support — Assist with payroll data entry, expense tracking, and related administrative tasks.
• Administrative Coordination — Schedule departmental meetings, manage correspondence, and support daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; associate degree required
• Foundational Accounting Knowledge — Understanding of basic accounting principles, financial documentation, and transaction workflows.
• Technical Proficiency — Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms such as Sage 100 or QuickBooks.
• Attention to Detail — Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and document management.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism — Ability to handle sensitive financial and payroll information with discretion.
• Organizational Strength — Capable of maintaining structured, compliant paper and digital filing systems.
• Language Skills — Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Taiwanese language ability preferred.
• Legal work authorization in the United States required
