Sous Chef in Training: Elevate Your Culinary Career

White Lodging at JW Marriott Austin is seeking a Sous Chef in training to join our food & beverage team. You will learn and perform full duties in the absence of the Sous Chef, while supporting daily prep and production in the outlet. Responsibilities include mentoring line cooks, following F&B procedures and health regulations, managing food and labor costs, checking ingredient freshness, and maintaining accurate recipes and portions.
