Nestled on 405 acres of Texas wilderness , Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa offers an exceptional hospitality experience just outside Austin. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to our tradition of excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a high-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively support and guide the culinary team.
Culinary education or equivalent hands-on experience in fine dining or banquet operations.
Ability to uphold Hyatt's values of empathy, integrity, and innovation while delivering outstanding hospitality.
