Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, supervise physical therapist assistants and support staff, and help ensure outstanding, evidence-based care. You’ll support clinicians with documentation and insurance requirements, monitor quality and patient satisfaction, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. As a key culture carrier, you’ll foster teamwork, mentor staff, and help drive clinic growth in a collaborative, patient-first environment with strong opportunities for development.
