Job Summary And Qualifications The Associate Financial Analyst is responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program’s pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program. What you will do in this role: Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits. Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert. Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program. Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue. Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program. Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources. Performs other duties as assigned. What qualifications you will need: High School Graduate/Equivalent 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare group purchasing - Preferred 1+ year(s) of experience in Medical product knowledge - Preferred Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience - Required Keen attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel Benefits AdvantageTrust, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
