Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in a variety of evaluation and therapy techniques for children and adolescents
• Strong communication, teamwork, and record-keeping abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students, in collaboration with other educational staff
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
• Deliver direct and indirect services to students in accordance with IEPs or 504 plans
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, parents, and related service providers to maximize student outcomes
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and thorough documentation
• Stay informed about best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
