Location: Hollywood, FL (On-Site)
Position Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Compensation: $86,000 – $140,000 / year (Commensurate with experience)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Key Responsibilities

Departmental Leadership: Direct and mentor PT, OT, and SLP clinical staff in an acute care setting.
Operations & Budgeting: Oversee staffing ratios, productivity metrics, supply inventories, and departmental budgets.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct chart audits and ensure alignment with state/federal regulatory standards and hospital SOPs.
Interdisciplinary Care: Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and care management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
Licensure: Active Florida state license as a PT, OT, or SLP (or eligible) + BLS certification.
Clinical Background: Proven hands-on acute care/hospital experience.
Leadership: Minimum of 1 year in a lead, supervisory, or management role (Rehab Supervisor, Team Lead, or Therapy Manager).
