Job Title Shift Leader Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages, maintain a safe and clean store environment, and support a positive team culture.
