Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA in their search for a 1st shift Packer! Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:15pm

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Location: Allentown, PA

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pack, and label finished products according to production specifications.
• Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging standards.
• Operate basic packaging equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Stack, wrap, and palletize products safely for storage or shipment.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Monitor product flow and communicate any issues to machine operators or supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and safe material-handling practices.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as sorting, counting, and organizing inventory.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records of packed goods.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies or quality concerns.
