About the RoleOracle Application Specialist Dynamic Oracle Application Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12), with deep expertise across Financials and Manufacturing/Supply Chain modules. Familiarity with EDI and SharePoint adds additional value.What You’ll DoProvide hands-on support and troubleshooting for Oracle Applications R12, diagnosing and resolving functional and technical issues to ensure system stability and optimal performance.Perform data loading, extraction, and conversion activities, including validating data integrity and supporting migration efforts across systems and environments.Leverage strong expertise in Oracle Financials and/or Manufacturing/Supply Chain modules to support business operations, identify process improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Design, modify, and enhance workflows, reports, and system configurations to meet evolving business requirements, including collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into effective technical solutions.Who You AreA bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field8+ yrs Oracle Applications 11i (Financials, Manufacturing/Supply Chain) experience; modules including:InventoryGL and other finance modulesOrder Management (OM), WSH, WMS, Advanced PricingBill of Materials (BOM), OSFM, WIPPO, I-expense, HRMSData import / export / conversion experience.Oracle modules Interface experienceWorked extensively on Conversions, Interface building, Extensions and CustomizationsHand-on experience in full development life cycleAble to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environmentStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are highly desiredPL/SQL, SQL*Loader, Workflow, Alert, Developer 10g, Forms, Discoverer 11, OAF customization, and personalizationReadiness to work on Integration tools and learn new skillsPreferredEDI development (ecommerce Gateway and Release management)SharePoint familiarity Core CompetenciesRequired: Fluent in English (written and spoken).Mandarin a plus but not required.Life at DiodesDiodes Incorporated delivers advanced analog and power semiconductor solutions to the world’s leading technology companies, driving innovation, efficiency, and performance across high‑growth markets.
