Job DescriptionPrimary Care Physician Opportunity—Montgomery, AL\nCompensation: Making over $320,000\n Partnership Track Available\nWe provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access nor can afford such a high level of care.\nRole:\n\n Base Salary: $250k for a resident. PCP with Value-Based Care Experience up to $295k/ Experienced PCP without Value-Based Care experience $26k5-$270k\n Sign on: Up to $15k.\n Annual incentive bonus: up to $28% of base pay\n Partnership eligible after 3 years (no buy-in)\n Primary Care – outpatient\n Value Based Care model.\n Shifts: Monday – Friday 8a-5p\n Call: 1:8 Weeks.\n Small patient panel\n Average patients per day: 10-13.\n Lots of initial training\n Patient satisfaction scores are close to 5 on average\n 10k Square Ft. Center with Labs, EKG and Echo's\n Have cooking classes, yoga, silver sneakers-mall walking exercise community for seniors, social community health coordinator\n\nBenefits:\n\n 25 Days of PTO\n 5 CME days\n 9 Holidays (2 of the 9 days are floating holidays where-employee selects these days.)\n Major Medical/Dental/Vision\n Company Paid Long and Short Term Disability; and Company paid Life Insurance (Employee may elect more coverage)\n 401K (No match as of yet)\n Malpractice Covered along with Tail Coverage.\n\nRequirements:\n\n BC/BE IM/FM\n Computer savvy\n No current cases/ no impairment or sexual assault charges or anti-kickback violations or fraud. No issue with Medicare\n Residents welcome to apply.\n\nEach Center has contracts with Uber and Lyft to provide transportation for patients who need it. The Care Team representatives schedule these rides when the appointment is scheduled. If there is a need for a specialist appointment, the Care Team arranges transportation for these as well.
