We currently have openings for Part-time sales associates at our Owatonna, MN location. Retail sales experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Flexible availability

Additionally:

Strong communication skills

Experience with computers

Excellent customer service is desired

Must be available nights and weekends with an occasional week night- 10-20 hours a week

Pay Includes: Base pay + commission

BASE PAY: $11.41 an hour (Commissions could be an additional $5.00-$6.00 an hour depending on sales)

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma or GED. Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is ideal

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements:

• Frequent Speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally.
• Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information.
• Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products.
• Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting.
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
