Description of the role Our team at Wynne Ford is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to join us in Hampton, VA. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise. Understand, stay up to date, and promote the products and services offered by the dealership.K Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses. Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. Negotiate closure clearly and concisely. Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively. Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.
