Senior Community Manager — Lead Multifamily & Resident Impact
Dominium Inc.
Dominium is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee a floating portfolio of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. You will lead staff, manage special projects, and ensure compliance with Section 42 and Section 8 programs while maintaining strong community quality. You'll collaborate with regional leaders, monitor occupancy and budgets, train on-site teams, and travel as needed to support multiple properties across the portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dominium Inc.
