Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist:

• Support day‑to‑day accounting operations, including assistance with AP, AR, and general ledger activity
• Assist with month‑end close tasks such as journal entries and account reconciliations
• Provide support for process improvement initiatives within the accounting function
• Assist with reporting needs and documentation as requested by leadership
• Handle ad hoc accounting tasks and support broader team initiatives as the department grows

Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience helpful
