What You'll Do As an Event Promotions Assistant, you'll represent our clients at promotional events, community events, retail locations, and special campaigns by: Greeting customers with a positive and professional attitude Answering questions about products, services, and promotions Assisting customers with sign-ups, purchases, or event participation Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience Setting up and maintaining attractive event displays Distributing promotional materials and product information Recording customer feedback and event data accurately Collaborating with teammates to meet daily and weekly goals Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming event space What We're Looking For No experience?
