Overview Cocktail Server A Cocktail Server is a key member of our hospitality staff. This position contributes to the overall guest experience by providing excellent service and creating a positive atmosphere. Tipped Position This position earns tips
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
- Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
- Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; Monitor and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
- Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
