We are recruiting for a Part-Time Inpatient OccupationalTherapist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is benefits eligible.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) isan integral member of the rehab team. The OT is responsible for theadministration of appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for pediatricrehabilitation of children aged birth to 21. The OT is responsible for adherenceto the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American OccupationalTherapy Association. The OT uses creativity, professional judgment, and problemsolving techniques to achieve quality outcomes and provide the highest qualityof patient centered care. The OT participates in patient and family teachingand works collaboratively with other disciplines. The OT plays an integral rolein facilitating functional performance through the integration of physicalskills, play based activities, social-emotional development, sensoryprocessing, motor performance, and cognitive abilities.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. BS/B in Occupational Therapy from anaccredited program, MA/MS/MOT preferred
2. NJ OT licensure or eligibility forlicensure
3. CPR/ BLS certification
4. Minimum six months previouspediatric experience (medical or educational settings preferred)
5. NDTA, CHT, AOTA, SItraining/certification preferred
6. Pediatric experience in both medicaland educational settings preferred
7. Strong organizational / timemanagement skills
8. Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills
9. Ability to work well as a teammember
10. For Telehealth Services:If treating a patient that isphysically located outside of New Jersey, the treating therapist must comply bythe rules in accordance with the state licensing board in the state where thepatient is physically located
