Senior Delivery Manager

To support the company's growth, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will manage delivery systems, influence engineering and product teams, and improve operational processes while working remotely from anywhere in the continental US. Key responsibilities Maintain and enhance delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers and managing delivery risks Influence team behavior through structured data presentation and enforce readiness standards to protect delivery integrity Manage both Kanban-based and sprint-based teams, ensuring commitment reliability and effective backlog readiness Required qualifications 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience within software engineering teams in a fintech or similarly regulated environment Proven ability to influence stakeholders through structured communication and data analysis Experience with delivery systems improvement, including reducing carryover and enhancing planning quality Strong working knowledge of Jira for managing dependencies and operational insights Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
