Senior Delivery Manager

What success looks like in this role: Leads the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet business objectives. Manages project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial constraints and maximization of profitability metrics. Serves as a product and domain expert, defining client requirements and sharing expertise internally and externally. Proactively identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies and resolves issues to keep projects on track. Serves as primary point of contact for high profile clients, managing relationships and ensuring long-term partnerships. Ensures that client needs are understood and met, collaborating cross-functionally to address challenges and provide solutions. Engages with senior level stakeholders in client organizations, providing updates, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversees change management efforts within projects, assessing and managing impact on timelines, cost and resources. Contributes to efforts to grow accounts by identifying new service opportunities and working with clients to broaden business opportunities. Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors in order to ensure the implementation of deliverables. You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
