Branch Manager

Primary Office Location: 1601 Main Street, Dickson City, Pennsylvania 18447. Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the overall sales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent serves as the directing sales manager, focusing on new customer acquisition, branch performance coaching, and daily operational activities. The role includes market development, loan processing, account solicitation, and ensuring the branch operates in accordance with FNB policies, procedures, and core values. Primary Responsibilities Generate high‑value customer relationships through sales leads and outbound calling, establishing new customers and expanding existing relationships. Coach and execute sales strategies to achieve financial goals, incorporating FNB digital products and services. Maintain accurate data in FNB branch technology systems for referrals, customers, and applicants. Manage and coach branch team and facility to meet FNB operational standards. Conduct daily sales meetings, handle HR responsibilities, and lead ongoing training and sales camps. Ensure branch meets quality standards, audit, compliance, security, and operational requirements. Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and monitoring risks in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Perform additional related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years job‑related experience. Excellent management, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Basic, intermediate, and basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. BA or BS degree preferred; experience in a related position preferred. Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred. Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier required.
