QC Lab Technician

Location: Northridge, CA
100%Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: Up to $23.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Lab Technician II to support Quality Control documentation and administrative activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will focus heavily on maintaining controlled documentation, coordinating document changes, and ensuring QC records are accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain QC-controlled documents, including SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and forms.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, properly formatted, complete, and compliant with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate document updates through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Track document approvals and signatures to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate QC records and documentation within electronic systems.
• Support labor data collection and administrative activities within D365.
• Assist with general QC documentation and operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with electronic documentation, SOP, and training systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, GMP, or other regulated environment is a plus.
• D365 experience is a plus.
