Your Role Awaits

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based approaches aimed at enhancing patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, all-encompassing care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in understanding therapy methods to support ongoing success at home.
• Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Keep track of clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continued education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
