Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Become one of our Inventory Specialists and discover opportunities for increased wages. Responsibilities This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment. Safety First – Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. They must adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision – Accuracy matters here. Follow a clear, consistent workflow – Your playbook for success. Experience desired in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work – make your experience count. No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the discipline, we will train the rest. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards. Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights. Benefits Competitive pay: This position is eligible for a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first six months, with a maximum of $5.00.
