Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain interventional radiology (IR) imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality for procedures
• Assist physicians and medical staff during IR procedures, prioritizing patient comfort and safety at all times
• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment, adhering strictly to infection control and safety protocols
• Accurately document procedures, patient information, and imaging results in accordance with facility policies
• Monitor and respond efficiently to real-time imaging needs during scheduled interventions
• Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns to reduce anxiety

Desired Qualifications:

• ARRT (Radiography) certification and state IR Tech licensure required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IR Technologist in an acute care or hospital setting
• Proficiency working with fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography, and related imaging modalities
• Strong understanding of sterile technique, radiation safety standards, and effective patient positioning
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate communication style with both patients and colleagues

Schedule/Hours:

• Hours include 5.25 and 12nbo shifts, providing scheduling flexibility
