Conviértete en un responsable de decisiones operativas para gestionar tu ruta de forma eficiente (qué se puede donar y reciclar y dónde, cómo completar un trabajo de forma segura y eficiente). Ayuda a mantener camiones y equipos con inspecciones diarias e informes de cualquier problema observado. Implementa tácticas de marketing guerrilla para ganar clientes recurrentes, recomendaciones y nuevos clientes. Colaborar con el liderazgo para fomentar, implementar y promover la mejora continua.
