ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in October 2024 after spending several years as a team member with State Farm. Prior to insurance, I worked in sales, which helped shape the competitive and customer-focused mindset I bring into the agency today.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Ben Gialanella State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
