Maintenance Manager: Lead Reliability & Uptime

We’re partnering with a leading U.S. manufacturer in the construction materials space to identify a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability and drive uptime across a high-volume production environment. The Role This individual will own all aspects of maintenance execution across the facility, leading a team responsible for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems supporting critical production equipment. You’ll play a key role in improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and building a high-performing maintenance culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop maintenance teams across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines Drive reliability and uptime initiatives across production equipment and support systems Utilize CMMS (Maximo or similar) to optimize PM programs and reduce unplanned downtime Partner closely with production leadership to align maintenance strategy with operational goals Troubleshoot and support root cause analysis on equipment failures Identify and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capital projects Build and execute training plans to strengthen team capability and performance Foster a strong, collaborative culture across maintenance and operations What We’re Looking For Experience leading maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment Electrical systems (including 3-phase) Mechanical systems Strong background in preventive maintenance and reliability programs Experience working with CMMS platforms (Maximo preferred) Proven leadership experience—developing teams and driving accountability Technical degree preferred (or equivalent experience) What’s in It for You Competitive base salary + bonus PTO + holidays Career growth opportunities within a stable, growing organization If you’re a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys driving measurable improvements, I’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Employbridge
