DIRECT HIRE IMMEDIATE NEED!!

Seeking a person with at least 5 years, director level experience in the packaging industry, seeking a motivator who collobarates well with the other department managers. Must have 5 years experience in the following area:

Operational Excellence

•        Provide leadership and oversight of daily manufacturing operations to ensure optimum performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency.

•        Establish and monitor key operational metrics including productivity, quality, waste reduction, on-time delivery, equipment effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

•        Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

•        Ensure effective deployment of operational best practices, visual management systems, and performance measurement tools.

·       Collaborate with functional leaders to optimize production schedules, capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational processes.

Lead problem-solving efforts to eliminate barriers, improve efficiency, and support sustainable business growth.

Financial Management

•        Assume full P&L responsibility for the facility and ensure achievement of financial objectives.

•        Develop, manage, and control annual operating budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.

•        Drive initiatives to improve profitability through productivity improvements, cost reductions, waste elimination, and operational efficiencies.

•        Implement effective controls over capital expenditures, labor costs, inventory management, maintenance expenses, and operating budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

•        Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

•        Minimum of 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including senior operational leadership responsibility.

•        Demonstrated success leading complex manufacturing operations with full P&L accountability.

•        Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

•        Experience within packaging, printing, consumer goods, pharmaceutical packaging, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
