Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Pulmonary Thoracic Intermediate Care) – Georgia

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, varying schedule

Highlights:

• Intermediate medical care unit specializing in pulmonary thoracic patients
• Diverse patient population including high-risk respiratory, cardiac thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and head/neck surgery cases
• Patient care ranges from room air to BiPAP or Optiflow support
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialty required
• Holiday commitment required: 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of recent pulmonary/thoracic or intermediate care experience
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• NIHSS certification (preferred)
