Senior Paralegal

Responsibilities Performs multiple legal tasks in support of single or multiple trial attorneys, including legal research, drafting litigation documents, and assisting with discovery, witness coordination, and evidence management. Conducts moderately complex research and analyzes law sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, and procedural rules. Prepares standard litigation documents, supports trial preparation, and maintains organized case files throughout all phases of civil litigation. Assists with document collection, review, organization, and production. Helps locate witnesses and evidence, prepare exhibit lists, and coordinates with vendors when needed. Performs moderate‑level legal research and analyzes statutes, case law, court rules, and procedural requirements for trial attorneys. Assists in factual investigations and compiles data from various resources relevant to civil claims and defenses. Drafts pleadings, discovery requests and responses, deposition summaries, correspondence, inter‑office memos, and other litigation‑related documents. Prepares trial binders, witness files, demonstratives, and timelines. Supports attorneys during hearings, mediations, and trial as needed. Maintains and organizes case files, calendars deadlines, tracks litigation tasks, and ensures compliance with court rules and filing requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4–6 years of paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation Proven legal research skills Advanced experience drafting and reviewing litigation documents Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion Excellent interpersonal skills for working with attorneys, clients, and witnesses Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Proven ability to meet productivity and service quality expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
