Senior Paralegal

We are seeking a sharp, experienced Litigation Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting seasoned attorneys through every phase of litigation, from initial discovery through trial. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the firm's litigation calendar in strict accordance with California Civil Litigation rules and procedures. Draft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, RFAs, RFPs, subpoenas), prepare deposition binders, and organize supporting exhibits and binders for motions and hearings. Assist attorneys with trial prep, including witness coordination, travel logistics, exhibit lists, and courtroom binder setup. Prepare, format (PDF/TIF), and e-file pleadings, motions, and discovery in both California State and Federal courts. Utilize Clio Legal Software to manage case document production, run searches, and maintain database setups through trial. Conduct electronic legal research via Westlaw. Serve as a primary point of contact for client updates, schedule depositions and meetings, and ensure timely communication across all case stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years of total Litigation Paralegal experience, with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to Personal Injury law . Thorough working knowledge of California Civil Litigation calendaring rules and state/federal e-filing systems. Strong proficiency with Clio (preferred) and Westlaw. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe/PDF document manipulation. Bachelor's degree (preferred); ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate (strongly preferred). Meticulous attention to detail, strong legal writing and verbal communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 Employer-sponsored Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Retirement plan options.
