Years of experience required: 2. First-timers accepted: Yes. Required certifications: BLS. Preferred certifications: CBSPD, CRCST. Required skills: Chemical agents for decontamination, manual cleaning, proper labeling, ultrasonic cleaner, use of washers/sterilizers, organizing trays, placing instruments on trays, proper labeling, proper selection of wrapping materials, sterilization wrapping procedures, endoscopes, scope/probe reprocessing, sets/trays assembly, cystoscopes, endoscopic ultrasound scopes (EUS), uteroscopes, equipment documentation, bariatric, ear/nose/throat, endoscopy, general, laparoscopic, neurology, OB/GYN, ortho/totals, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, robotics, urology, vascular, biological indicators, chemical indicators, steam sterilization testing/monitoring, Steris testing/monitoring. Weekends required: As needed. Is on-call required? As needed. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, within service line. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: No. Local radius rule: Home address must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Pending state license accepted: No. RTO restrictions: 7 days. Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
