ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 1996 and is a close-knit team of three with a strong foundation built over many years. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, which provided valuable experience and helped shape the way I lead and support our team today.

I'm a graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and a proud spouse, parent of three adult children, and grandparent. I enjoy staying active, especially through sports and spending time outdoors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Prevatt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
