What You'll Do As Tax Manager, you'll serve as both a technical leader and trusted client advisor by: Reviewing and preparing individual, business, fiduciary, and related tax returns Managing a portfolio of valued client relationships Delivering proactive tax planning, projections, and advisory services Coordinating tax, accounting, and bookkeeping workflows Mentoring and developing accounting and tax professionals Reviewing staff work to ensure quality and accuracy Assisting with workflow management during busy season Researching complex tax and accounting issues Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies Collaborating with firm leadership on strategic initiatives What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys helping clients succeed, mentoring staff, and improving the way a firm operates.
