Your Day-to-Day Project Support & Documentation Assistwith scheduling, document control, and change management Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Track costs andmaintainaccurateproject records Team & Project Collaboration Collaborate with owners, architects, superintendents, and internal teams Participate in planning meetings, quality control, and project closeout The Right Fit You'rea strong fit if you: Have aBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Bring 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM (preferred) Can read and interpret drawings and specifications Are familiar with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Havestrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Hold a valid driver's license Are technically curious and eager to understand how projects truly operate Are detail-driven and committed to accuracy Are collaborative and respectful with field and office teams Are proactive youdon'twait for problems, youanticipatethem Our Values We hire for character as much as credentials.
