You'll initially be based on a flagship project in Charlotte, North Carolina, before relocating to future projects nationwide, with a comprehensive relocation package and monthly per diem provided. The ideal candidate will have experience managing building envelope packages, particularly curtain wall and sheet metal installations, and be comfortable working on-site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. THE ROLE Manage commercial building envelope projects from pre-construction through completion. Oversee sheet metal and glass curtain wall installation on major commercial projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedules. Report directly to two Project Executives, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. Initially based in Charlotte, NC before relocating to projects across the United States as business needs require. THE PERSON 2-5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal industry. Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project stakeholders. Comfortable with extensive travel and relocating to project sites across the United States.
