Service Advisor

Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who has a proven track record and is knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a positive experience from arrival to service completion.
• Accurately document service requests and vehicle issues.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on Nissan vehicle specifications and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.
• Provide transparent and clear communication regarding service status, pricing, and warranty coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions.
• Support sales and meet department targets by promoting additional services or products when appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with Nissan vehicles or within a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nissan vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
