Temporary Corporate Leasing Specialist

Temporary Corporate Leasing Specialist
A well-established, regional property management company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a temporary corporate leasing specialist. This temporary position is responsible for assisting corporate and property teams with leasing, auditing, marketing, and operational support. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with property operations including basic leasing functions, application processing, lease renewals, renter's insurance compliance, etc
- Complete market surveys and provide observations/recommendations
- Assist with social media posts for various properties
- Assist with reputation management efforts
- Assist with pricing/concession changes (administrative)
- Assist with prospect communication
- Cover property operations during absences
- Travel between properties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of on-site experience in a leasing or assistant manager role
- Yard/CRM experience
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and ownership
- Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Excellent communication and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
