Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers choose custom furniture, answer questions, and keep the office and showroom organized. If you enjoy working with people and staying organized, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Help customers choose and order custom dining and upholstered furniture.
- Assist customers with fabric, finish, and style choices.
- Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Answer customer questions and follow up on orders.
- Create invoices using Google Drive and email them to customers.
- Communicate by email and phone with customers, furniture companies, fabric suppliers, and other vendors.
- Enter customer information accurately and keep files organized.
- Organize fabric books, samples, and showroom displays.
- File paperwork and keep the office and showroom neat.
- Use email, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and websites as part of daily work.
- Work with the team to make sure every customer has a great experience.

- Friendly, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
