Business Development Representative - SaaS | Chicago (Hybrid) | Uncapped OTE

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join a high-growth, venture-backed B2B software company expanding its commercial team in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage and own the top-of-funnel function with open territory and real autonomy.

The role

\n
• Lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across cold calling, email and LinkedIn
\n
• Book high-quality discovery meetings with founders and operators
\n
• Run discovery calls based on company’s ICP
\n
• Qualify with precision and make clean handoffs to Account Executives
\n
• Keep CRM accurate and share market insights with Growth, Marketing and Product
\n
• Represent the business at industry events
\n

What We’re looking for

\n
• 1–5 years in outbound sales or BDR roles
\n
• Documented, sustained quota attainment month over month - not a single standout quarter
\n
• Confident running a multi-channel outbound motion (cold calls, email sequencing, LinkedIn)
\n
• B2B SMB sales experience
\n
• Software or technology sales background
\n
• A self-starter streak - building your own process, sharing what works with the team, or mentoring newer reps
\n
• Interest in F&B or consumer goods is a plus
\n

Compensation

\n
• $60,000–$75,000 base
\n
• OTE uncapped
\n
