Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cypress Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Mount Vernon, Texas. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulating
Collecting and documenting patient vital signs and other clinical data
Maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Texas
