Tehtävä Haemme Orkla Suomen Vaajakosken tehtaalle kahden vuoden määräaikaisen työsuhteen uusia työntekijää, joka vastaa makeistuotannossa valmistettavien tuotteiden päivittäisestä tuoteturvallisuudesta ja laadusta sekä edistää tuotannon jatkuvaa parantamista yhdessä tehtaan tuotanto- ja kunnossapitotiimien kanssa. Vastuut ja tehtävät Työskentelet osana laatutiimiä ja vastaat oman vastuualueesi laadun avainmittareista sekä niiden jatkuvasta kehittämisestä. Tehtäviisi kuuluu päivittäinen tuotannon poikkeamien ja korjaavien toimenpiteiden hallinta, sisäisten auditointien suorittaminen sekä vastuualueesi laatujärjestelmän ylläpito. Vastaat HACCP‑työskentelystä alueellasi ja työskentelet tiiviisti Production Leaderin ja Maintenance Leaderin kanssa. Odotukset Odotamme sinulta sopivaa koulutusta (FM, DI tai vastaava insinööri AMK), kokemusta laadun asiantuntijatehtävistä tuotantoympäristössä ja hyvästä vuorovaikutus- ja tiimityöskentelytaidetta (myös englannin kielellä). Arvostamme kykyä itsenäiseen työskentelyyn ja pitkäjänteisesti viedä suunnitelmia käytännön toimintaan. Kokemus elintarviketeollisuuden tuoteturvallisuusstandardeista katsotaan etulyöntiasemaksi.
