Sr Product Manager - Network Security

Job Overview The pay range for this role is $115,000.00 – $206,000.00. Pay is determined by a variety of factors including the labor market, education, work experience, and certifications. Target’s Network Security product team protects and enables secure traffic flow across the company’s complex enterprise environment. This team modernizes core network security platforms, improves secure access, strengthens integration with engineering and business teams, and enhances operational excellence through visibility, automation, and clear decision frameworks. As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with engineers, architects, and cybersecurity experts to advance initiatives that strengthen Target’s security posture while supporting business growth. You’ll define priorities, align stakeholders, evaluate opportunities, and drive modernization of critical network security capabilities. You will translate complex technical challenges into clear product outcomes and ensure teams deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. Responsibilities • Build and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, setting key business objectives (OKRs). • Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing customer themes, epics, and stories to focus on highest‑impact work. • Act as the voice of the product to stakeholders, communicating progress and securing necessary support. • Foster open information exchange and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals and high performance standards. • Partner across the organization to align security initiatives with business needs and ensure scalability. Qualifications Four‑year degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of product management experience in Network Security or a related domain. Experience developing and implementing product strategy for platform products. Comfortable operating in evolving, high‑complexity environments. Strong ability to communicate between business and technology teams. Proficient in leading cross‑functional work in an agile environment. Technical aptitude relevant to network security products. Work Arrangement This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (Flex for Your Day) work arrangement. Remote work means working full‑time from home or an alternate location outside a Target location with occasional travel to headquarters.
