UX/UI Product Designer

DescriptionKforce's client in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and scale complex digital experiences that serve a diverse customer base across multiple business segments. This role will focus on designing enterprise-grade self-service platforms, creating intuitive user experiences, and partnering closely with product, research, analytics, and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, data-driven environment where design plays a strategic role in defining the future of large-scale digital products.Responsibilities:* Design end-to-end user experiences for complex digital products and customer-facing platforms* Translate business requirements, user needs, and research insights into intuitive workflows and interfaces* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs* Partner closely with product managers, researchers, analytics teams, and frontend engineers* Use customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions* Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered best practices* Develop scalable design solutions that support multiple user types and evolving business needs* Contribute to design systems and development-ready design artifacts* Participate in discovery activities, solution definition, and iterative testingRequirements* 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience* Experience designing complex enterprise applications, digital products, or customer portals* Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and business impact* Experience conducting or leveraging user research, usability testing, and analytics* Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles* Experience working directly with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering* Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale to stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:* Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives* Experience with customer self-service platforms, SaaS applications, or enterprise software* Familiarity with accessibility standards and universal design principles* Understanding of frontend development concepts and design-to-development workflows* Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and emerging design technologies* Experience working within large enterprise organizationsTools & Environment:* Figma* Modern prototyping and design collaboration tools* User research and analytics platforms* AI-assisted design and productivity tools* Agile product development environmentThe ideal candidate is:* User-centered and data-driven* Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments* Curious and proactive in validating assumptions through research and testing* Able to clearly articulate the "why" behind design decisions* Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable partnering with highly technical teams* Passionate about creating experiences that are both intuitive and scalableJob TypeContractCompensation61 - $71
