HR Business Partner

Offices near Holmdel, NJ and Melville, NY

Role Details

• Support multiple regional offices while contributing to organization-wide HR initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR-related matters
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters
• Support hiring needs, onboarding, and new hire integration
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and reporting
• Support employee engagement, inclusion, and development initiatives
• Collaborate with recruiting, total rewards, resource management, and learning teams
• Contribute HR insights to workforce planning and organizational change efforts
• Travel to regional offices across the Mid-Atlantic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, preferably in professional services
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
