Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $75K-100K per year

Home Health RN – Junior Position with $10,000 Bonus Location: Kulpmont, Pennsylvania. This full‑time RN role is 40 hours per week, offering 8‑hour shifts. The RN will deliver home health care, case management, and patient care planning for patients in Mount Carmel, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for home health patients. Document care and chart patient progress consistently and within required deadlines. Educate patients and families and provide guidance throughout care. Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software to record and communicate patient information. Drive to patient locations approximately 20% of the time. Qualifications Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. Graduate of an approved practical nursing school. Minimum one year of RN experience and clinical competence to deliver quality patient care. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations.
