Role Description The Director of Account Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the account management function and ensuring exceptional client experience across Fyxt's portfolio of commercial real estate customers. This role oversees key customer relationships, develops strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, and acts as a trusted advisor on product adoption and value realization. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and managing processes for the account management department, setting and exceeding performance goals, reviewing account health, and coordinating cross-functional efforts with sales, product, and support to address client needs and ultimately expand usage and revenue at the account level. The Director will analyze account performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and expand revenue within existing accounts. The role also involves creating standardized processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices to scale account management operations in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Account Management and Business Relationship Management, with a track record of building long-term, strategic client partnerships.
• Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction, including experience in developing and implementing customer success and retention strategies.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess account health, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proven Team Management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and developing high-performing account teams.
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based platforms; commercial real estate or property management industry experience is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment, collaborating across departments and time zones. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
