Purpose and RoleThis position is responsible for the processes of registering and screening all donors that present to an Olgam Plasma Center location. The Donor Processor will ensure donor eligibility, and follow all federal, local, and organizational standards related to this determination. Paid training at minimum wageMorning shifts start at 5:30 am to 2:00 pmEvening shifts start at 11:30 am to 8:00 pmDays off: Friday and SaturdayBenefits are offered after 60 daysPay Rate: $20/hrJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegisters new and return Manages the donor identification and deferral registry check Verifies donor vitals for suitability at each Assesses donor medical history for pre-donation Determines donor acceptability for plasma Other duties as assigned by Center Management. RequirementsA minimum of 1 years' experience working in a regulated environment and/or customer service environmentOrganizational skills and attention to Good verbal and written communication Professional communication and the ability to inform and report appropriately to management.Scheduling flexibility to ensure appropriate center support and Ability to execute multi-step technical driven Familiarization with electronic systems/platforms used to organize, track, and execute tasks.Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours in a scheduled work day. EducationA high school diploma or equivalent is required.
