Client Executive

Role: Client Executive

Location: Ada, Michigan (in office with travel)

Compensation: Base salary + biannual bonus

Vision:

As a Client Executive, you will be the trusted advisor and partner for independent insurance agencies, driving their success by delivering impactful strategic and operational improvements. This role is pivotal in helping agencies stabilize, grow, and thrive in a competitive market. You will contribute to Atlante’s growth by cultivating long-lasting client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making a tangible difference in clients’ businesses while driving innovation and results for the firm.

This is a consultative role that must focus initially on finding and winning new clients through advanced business development strategies – this allows the candidate to understand sales training and processes. The ideal candidate will have significant insurance experience but with an interest in the strategic and operational side of the business. This person will participate in the Atlante Sales Training – a highly concentrated business development training program for highly motivated professionals.

Outcomes:

  • Master the Atlante sales model, both in training and implementation.
  • Build a book of agency partner clients who rely on the Atlante team for various operational consulting and execution services.
  • Facilitate strategic plans that stabilize and grow client agencies, achieving measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with agency stakeholders, achieving a 90% or higher client satisfaction rate.
  • Deliver actionable insights and solutions through in-depth analysis and consultation, driving agency adoption of advanced strategies.

Projects:

  • Conduct deep-dive assessments of client agency operations to identify pain points, growth opportunities, and areas for stabilization.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and strategic planning meetings with client leadership teams to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of recommendations.
  • Regularly analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and client performance data to provide proactive insights and updates.
  • Partner with the firm’s leadership team to identify and implement process improvements for delivering consulting services.

Routines:

  • Weekly: Hold regular check-in calls or meetings with assigned clients to review progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed/required.
  • Quarterly: Prepare and deliver performance updates and status reports to clients, highlighting key successes and next steps.
  • Annually: Conduct comprehensive business reviews with clients to evaluate outcomes and refine strategies. Assist in the preparation of client renewal plans and contribute to the firm’s strategic planning efforts for expanding service offerings.
  • Ongoing: Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project progress, and outcomes.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented, relationship-driven professional who excels in problem-solving and has a passion for empowering clients to succeed while contributing to a growing, dynamic consulting firm.
